Delivery Information
- All orders will be processed the same working day if placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday).
- Any orders placed after this time, weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- We cannot guarantee next day delivery but most items are delivered the next day (for orders placed before 12pm)
- Deliveries are usually made between 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

IMPORTANT
Whilst we do our upmost to ensure your item(s) reach you in the way you come to expect. However, unfortunately, a very small percentage of parcels get damaged due to the handling during delivery. If this happens, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery if any item delivered is damaged. We will arrange for a replacement to be dispatched immediately.
If you fail to report a damaged item within 24 hours we cannot guarantee a replacement.
If no-one is available to accept the delivery, we will endeavour to re-attempt the delivery on another day.
Please note, furniture deliveries will have a pre-arranged delivery day, should this delivery fail due no-one being available, re-attempts will be at the courier’s discretion and from time to time, they may return the items to us following the first failed delivery attempt. We therefore reserve the right to charge additional delivery costs should this arise.
Next day delivery is available to UK mainland postcodes and delivery to the Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man are not a guaranteed next day service, therefore we advise delivery within 72hrs to these locations. Please note we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Free delivery excludes Highlands, offshore Islands & Northern Ireland – delivery charge calculated at checkout.
As standard, furniture items will be delivered at the kerb-side, however it is possible for this to be delivered to a room of your choice however this is at the couriers discretion and usually due to insurance purposes for manual lifting and access. If you do have any specific delivery requirements for your furniture, please contact us at the point of order and we will aim to accommodate where possible.
Faulty Goods
Should you receive any goods that are faulty or not working as they should, please contact us and we will provide a full collect and replace at no additional cost. We will endeavour to replace any goods damaged in transit, or any incorrectly delivered items, on the next working day if these are reported before 12am. However, due to delivery capacity constraints in certain areas, such deliveries may take up to 48 hours to action.
